The
Center for Public Policy coordinates various professional
training programs annually for Pan-liaison, Inc.
Pan-liaison offers study tours focusing on American
government, education and business practices for
professionals in China. Tailored for each group to be it
government officials and staff, educators or administrators,
the sessions are conducted by faculty of the University of
Houston, University of Houston-Clear Lake, and the
University of St. Thomas. In addition to classroom
lectures, the programs include site visits to locations such
as Houston City Hall, the state capitol in Austin, and the
office of the Harris County Clerk.
